Mark Richardson, the fourth British runner to have had an adverse finding for the same anabolic steroid, is considering whether to ask for a delay in his hearing by the arbitration panel of the International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF), which is scheduled to start in Sydney 2002 on September 15, the day of the official opening of the Olympic Games.
