2001

In 2001 she was ? in the  English Schools Track and Field (Exeter) at 3000m.

2002

Kathryn was 4th in the Senior Girls race at the English Schools Cross Country Championships in Chelmsford, in a time of 16:06.

2003

Kathryn was pipped by her twin sister Bryony to the winning line in the under-20 women's 800 and 1500m at the Hampshire AA championships in May.

Kathryn and Bryony Frost, twins from the Isle of Wight have recently become Breast Cancer Campaign's Sporting Patrons. The girls who are ranked first and second in the UK for the junior women's 2000m steeplechase have agreed to help Breast Cancer Campaign in encouraging people to take part in various events. Kathryn and Bryony said:

"Breast Cancer affects so many, almost everyone knows someone who has suffered from the disease. We hope to raise awareness of breast cancer in general and support Breast Cancer Campaign in raising vital funds to help keep researching the cure into breast cancer."

2004

Kathryn was 3rd at the Hampshire Championships at Dibden Enclosure in 2004. 

Kathryn was 3rd in the South of England Cross-country Junior Women's Race at Parliament Hill, London in a time of 20:15.
