Nikki was 3rd in the Junior girls' 1500m at English Schools.

2002

Nikki was 10th at the English Schools Cross-country Championships in Hylands Park, Chelmsford in 14:27.

Nikki was 1st on the uka: U15 girls outdoor rankings for 2002 with 2:11.29. She was 2nd on the 1500m rankings behind Charlotte Browning with 4:30.45.

2003

Nikki was 42nd in the Inter Girls' race at the English Schools Cross-country (Stanmer Park, Brighton) in March.

Nikki won the Inter girls' 800m at English Schools (Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield) in 2:10.8. 

Nikki took the Gold medal in the 800m at the SIAB International Athletics Meeting in Cardiff, in a time of 2:11.85.

2004

Nikki Hamblin, aged 15, out-dipped Emily Pidgeon (14) for 2nd place in the U17s 1500m race at the AAA Indoor Championships in Birmingham in a time of 4:32.41, seventh on the all-time list, behind Aldershot's Charlotte Browning.

Nikki was 5th in the U17s race at the Reebok Inter-counties in Nottingham.

In March, Nikki was 14th in the Inter Girls' race at English Schools in Maidstone, Kent.
